This sentence literally means something like, you should chop the meat bird-head. |
I don't know where this idiom comes from, but it sounds kind of barbaric to imagine a bird, you know, bird-heads as a measurement unit. |
And I guess since it means in small chunks, |
The birds that we are talking about here should be some small types of birds, not something like crows or seagulls. |
I don't know. |
